Squarespace support session
3 hours | £395
Your website should be as considered as your work
You have invested years building your expertise, your reputation and the depth of what you offer. Your website needs to reflect that, clearly, confidently and without apology.
But websites drift. Offerings evolve, pages go half-finished and updates sit on the list while the gap between where your site is and where your work is grows.
A Squarespace Support Session closes that gap. In three focused hours I work directly on your site: updating, refining and improving so that what visitors find is a confident and accurate reflection of what you do.
This is right for you if…
Your site no longer reflects your current work, your evolved offering or the standard people experience when they work with you.
You want expert eyes and hands on your site without the time or investment of a full redesign.
Updates have been sitting on your list for weeks, maybe longer, and you want them handled by someone who understands both the detail and the bigger picture.
You know what you want your website to do but the platform slows you down.
Something bigger is on the horizon. A speaking opportunity, a book launch, a media feature. Your website needs to be ready for that visibility.
Your website should feel like a natural extension of your work. Right now it does not. You want a website you feel genuinely proud to send people to.
What changes
Visitors immediately understand who you are, what you offer and why you are the right person for them.
Your site feels cohesive, considered and professional throughout.
The details that were letting the overall impression down are resolved.
You feel confident sharing your website, knowing it represents your work at its best.
How it works
Choose your session and book your date. You’ll receive brief instructions on how to prepare everything needed.
Before the session, you send a clear, prioritised list of updates for me to work through. You also send supporting copy, images or files and add me as a contributor to your Squarespace site.
During the 3-hour session, I work directly on your website, starting with your highest-priority items and moving through your list in order. You should be available by email for quick clarification.
Once the session is complete, I send a summary of what’s been done along with relevant notes or recommendations for next steps. If you need further updates, you can book another session at any time.
“I felt so disconnected from my website before, it wasn’t something I really wanted to share or work on. And now I feel excited and proud to share it. Because it truly feels like me.”
– Danielle Thornton-Walker, life coach & meditation teacherLif

You bring the list, I bring the expertise
Three hours works well for one or two focused priorities. We start with what matters most and work through as much as the time allows. If your list is longer, two sessions can be booked back to back or on separate dates. Below are are some examples of what we might tackle together.
Occasionally I have availability for a shorter session. Get in touch and I will let you know if it is possible.
Content &
pages
-
Your offerings have evolved. A new programme, a retreats page, an updated bio that reflects who you are today rather than where you started.
You provide the words and I make sure they are presented clearly and professionally on your site.
-
A page that did not exist before but needs to now.
A speaking page ahead of an upcoming event. A TEDx talk, a conference keynote, an industry panel.
A retreats or workshops page for a new group offering.
A books page as your writing comes together or as you prepare to publish.
Design & presentation
-
A section of your site that no longer reflects the depth or direction of your work.
We improve the layout, flow and visual coherence without starting from scratch.
Fonts, colours, spacing and image sizing brought into line across the whole site so the overall impression is considered and coherent.

Structure & navigation
-
Reorganising the menu to reflect your current focus. Removing what no longer belongs. Making it easier for the right person to find exactly what they need.
-
If you are on Substack, I can embed and link your publication so your newsletter and website work together.
I can also refine your existing Squarespace email campaigns setup or Mailchimp integration.
The shift clients describe
Before a session, most clients describe the same feeling: a low-grade dread attached to their URL.
They know their work is good. They know their site is not.
Afterwards, the shift is almost always the same too.
Not just relief that the list is done, but something closer to pride. The site feels like them again.
-
That is completely fine. Send me a rough sense of where your site is and where you would like it to be and I will advise on the best approach before you book.
-
Yes, you need to be reachable via email. I may need to reach you with a question or two but you can continue with your work. Being available to respond by email during the session means we can keep things moving and get through more. I will send a full summary when the session is complete.
-
You will need to send a clear, prioritised list of the updates you would like me to work through, along with any copy, images or other assets. You’ll also need to add me as a contributor to your Squarespace site before the session.
Full instructions are provided after booking.
-
Any tasks we do not reach within the three hours can be carried over to a future session. I will let you know in advance if it looks like we might not get through everything, so there are no surprises.
-
A support session works best when your site has good bones but needs updating, refining or improving in specific areas. If your site is outdated at a more fundamental level, the structure, the positioning, the visual identity, a full redesign will serve you better. If you are not sure which applies, get in touch and I will give you an honest answer.
-
Before retraining as a web designer, I spent 16 years in marketing and communications at publishing companies, alongside a background in illustration. I understand how design, copy and structure work together to communicate your value clearly. These sessions are not just about fixing technical issues. They are about making sure your website is doing its job strategically.

Your website should be working as hard as you are
You have spent years developing work that carries nuance, wisdom and mastery. The right clients, the right opportunities and the right invitations are out there.
When your website finally reflects all of that, the right people find you and you stop having to explain your value in every conversation. A support session is a focused, considered way to make that happen.
