Strategic Website Design & Brand Styling

You are being invited into bigger rooms, your website should be ready

Your reputation precedes you; so should your website

You're recognised in your field and sought out for your expertise, with a body of work that's taken years, possibly decades, to build. Your website doesn't yet do any of it justice.

You're being invited into bigger rooms: speaking opportunities, media features, books and prestigious collaborations. Your reputation is growing but your website isn't keeping up.

A strategic, considered Squarespace website and brand styling helps close the gap between where your business is today and how it's perceived online. It's the ideal client who books without hesitation, the opportunity that arrives without you having to pitch for it, the invitation that moves you from well regarded in your circle to sought out beyond it.

This is right for you if…

  • Your current website no longer reflects where you are or where you're heading

  • You're ready for your website to welcome the right clients, not just any clients

  • You want a digital presence that reflects the depth, professional maturity and significance of your work

  • You want to feel genuinely proud when you send your website link to someone

  • You’ve tried tweaking it yourself and know it still isn’t working but you can’t pinpoint exactly why

  • You don’t have the head space to manage a website rebuild. You need someone to take it off your plate and do it properly

If your website needs updating rather than rebuilding, a
Half Day Squarespace Intensive may be the better starting point.

How we work together

Every project begins with a complimentary 15-minute call: a focused yet relaxed conversation to understand where you are now, where you’re heading and whether we’e the right fit.

If you choose to proceed, we move into the preparation stage. This includes a strategy call to define direction and priorities, followed by a Brand & Website Workbook designed to shape your content and imagery. Once everything is in place, the three-week design process below begins.

Week 1

Brand styling

We work together to define how your brand looks and feels.

This includes your colour palette, typography and overall visual direction.

Week 2

Website build

The homepage is created first, setting the visual tone and structure for the rest of the site. You’ll review and provide feedback before the remaining pages are built.

Week 3

Refine & publish

We finalise the full website together, refine any last details and then publish. You will receive a personalised training video and 14 days of email support as you settle in.

“I was building a private practice, so a website was a significant investment. I knew it would be the primary way potential clients would decide whether to reach out.

The website reflects both who I am as a therapist and what I offer my clients. Space, calm and the possibility of change. When I look at it, I think ‘yes, that’s me’.”

Where design meets strategy

Every decision about your words, your visual identity and your site structure is considered in terms of how it communicates your signature approach, your professional maturity and the results you deliver.

That means thinking about customer journeys, trust signals and how your content guides someone from curious to convinced, not just how everything looks.

The work you have built deserves to be seen

You have spent years doing work that matters. The right clients should be able to find you, understand what you offer and know immediately that you're the person they need, without you having to be in the room to explain it.
