Squarespace website design & brand identity

3 weeks | £3,500

Your reputation precedes you; so should your website

Recognised in your field. Sought out for your expertise. A body of work that has taken years, possibly decades, to build. And a website that doesn't yet do any of it justice.

Something has shifted. You’re being invited into bigger rooms – speaking, media, books, prestigious collaborations – and you know your website isn’t ready for that visibility yet.

A strategic, considered website and brand identity is what gets the right opportunities finding you. It’s the ideal client who books without hesitation, the opportunity that arrives without you having to pitch for it, the invitation that moves you from well regarded in your circle to sought out beyond it. This package is how we build that.

This is right for you if…

  • Your current website no longer reflects where you are or where you're heading

  • You're ready for your website to attract the right clients, not just any clients

  • You want a digital presence that reflects the depth, professional maturity and significance of your work

  • You want to feel genuinely proud when you send someone to your website

  • You’ve tried tweaking it yourself and know it still isn’t working but you can’t pinpoint exactly why

  • You don’t have the head space to manage a website rebuild. You need someone to take it off your plate and do it properly

If your website needs updating rather than rebuilding, a Squarespace Support Session may be the better starting point.

“I am in awe of what Ali has created! From the very first conversation, she had an extraordinary way of asking just the right questions, uncovering the heart of my mission and values. Her thoughtful approach made me feel completely supported throughout the process and her creativity inspired me.”

Where design meets strategy

Before retraining as a web designer, I spent 16 years in marketing and communications at publishing companies, an industry built on positioning ideas, expertise and voices for exactly the right audience. Before that, an illustration degree. I have always worked at the intersection of creativity, strategy and communication.

Every decision – your words, your visual identity, your site structure – is considered in terms of how it communicates your signature approach, your professional maturity and the results you deliver. I work to make your brand feel unmistakably like you while speaking with precision to the people you most want to reach.

How we work together

Every project begins with a free consultation: a relaxed conversation about where you are, where you're heading and whether we're the right fit. If you'd like to go ahead, here's what follows.

01

Preparation (before design and build starts)

A strategy call to align on your goals, followed by your Brand and Website Workbook to guide your preparation. Design begins once your content and images are ready.

02

Brand styling (week one)

Before anything is built, we establish how your brand looks and feels. Your colour palette, typography and brand direction are refined together until they feel right.

03

Website build (week two)

I begin with your homepage, where the overall look, feel and direction takes shape. You review and give feedback and before I build out the remaining pages.

04

Refine & publish (week three)

We review the completed site together, refine the final details and publish. You receive a personalised training video, followed by 14 days of email support as you settle in.

“I was building a private practice, so a website was a significant investment. I knew it would be the primary way potential clients would decide whether to reach out.

The website reflects both who I am as a therapist and what I offer my clients. Space, calm and the possibility of change. When I look at it, I think ‘yes, that’s me’.”

– Lois Dabrowski, Limen Therapy – hynotherapist

Email Campaigns Setup | £550

Social media platforms come and go. Algorithms change. Your email list is yours: a direct, reliable channel to the people who want to hear from you.

For practitioners and service professionals whose work is personal and relationship-led, a newsletter is one of the most powerful ways to stay connected, share your thinking and bring the right people closer over time. Squarespace Campaigns makes this straightforward: a well-designed email tool that lives inside Squarespace, with no separate platform to learn or manage.

This add-on includes everything you need to get started: importing your existing list, domain verification, a branded email template, an email capture form and a three-part welcome sequence (you provide the content).

Requires a Squarespace Email Campaigns subscription, billed separately. We can confirm whether this is the right fit during your strategy and planning call.

Frequently asked questions

Got a question that’s not answered here? Contact me

  • Primarily your website copy and images. The Brand and Website Workbook guides you through exactly what's needed. Your content may receive light editing as part of the process.

Professional photography makes a significant difference. A good headshot and a small set of brand images will elevate the site considerably. Stock imagery is available if photography isn't yet in place and I can advise on briefing your photographer when you're ready.

  • I provide content guidance and light refinement throughout, drawing on my marketing, communications and publishing background. For a full copywriting service I'm happy to recommend specialists I trust and can work closely alongside them.

  • This is worth taking seriously. A website built on unclear positioning won't do the job you need it to do. I can recommend messaging and positioning specialists I trust, and where it's helpful I can work closely alongside them as your project develops. Coming to the build with that clarity makes everything significantly stronger.

  • That depends on two things: when your content and images are ready, and my availability at that point. Get in touch and we can talk through realistic timelines for your project.

  • You'll be fully equipped to manage your site independently. Further support is available to book separately if you need it.

  • The core package covers everything you need to go live with confidence. These additional services are available to add on:

    • Additional pages | £250 per page

    • Blog setup | £300

    • Email campaigns setup | £550

    • Booking system integration | from £200

    • Multilingual website | £450

We can talk through what's right for your project during the strategy and planning call.

  • There are just a couple of essentials to keep in mind:

    • Hosting: This is with Squarespace and as a Circle Gold member, I can offer you 20% off your first year on annual plans. View Squarespace pricing.

    • Domain name: You’ll purchase your domain (your website URL) through a registrar such as Fasthosts, 123 Reg, GoDaddy, or directly through Squarespace.

If you’re unsure about anything here, I’m always happy to guide you through the process.

The work you have built deserves to be seen

You have spent years doing work that matters. The right clients should be able to find you, understand what you offer and know immediately that you’re the person they need, without you having to be in the room to explain it.

The first step is a free consultation: a relaxed conversation about where you are, what you're building and whether we're the right fit.
