White label Squarespace website builds for independent agencies & design studios

You design it. I build it. Your client relationship stays yours.

The Squarespace build, handled

You design brand identities and websites, but the Squarespace build is not where you want to spend your time.

Maybe you are at capacity and turning down work you would otherwise take on. Maybe Squarespace simply isn't your platform of choice and you would rather hand it off to someone who lives in it. Either way, the build shouldn't be what holds you back.

I build Squarespace websites exclusively for agencies, brand designers and creative studios. You bring the design – in Figma, Adobe XD or wherever you work – and I take it from there, building exactly what you've designed to a standard that reflects your reputation with your client.

Your studio stays the sole point of contact. Your client relationship stays entirely yours. And you get to offer brand to website as a seamless, complete service without the build eating into your time or your margins.

What this makes possible

  • Faster delivery: Your brand project does not stall at the build stage. From design sign-off to launch, the timeline keeps moving.

  • More time for the work you love: The thinking, the strategy, the creative direction. That is where your value lies and where your time belongs.

  • No Squarespace frustration: I know the platform in depth, including what it can and cannot do, so there are no surprises mid-project.

  • More projects, same hours: Take on work you may have previously have declined. Grow your revenue without growing your workload.

  • A partner you can trust: Not just to do the work, but to communicate clearly, flag issues early and make sure your client’s experience reflects the quality of your studio.

  • Take a proper break: With the build covered by someone you trust, stepping away from your desk actually becomes possible.

Why work with me?

I understand how your business works. Before retraining as a web designer, I spent several years working as a freelance marketer and associate for small marketing, PR and communications consultancies.

I was the trusted subcontractor brought in to handle the doing work while the principal consultant focused on their clients. I know what it means to be handed someone else’s client work and to be relied upon to deliver it to a standard that reflects their reputation.

Before that, I spent a decade in publishing, working closely with in-house design teams and external creative agencies. I have been on both sides of the outsourcing relationship and I understand what makes it work.

Building for the long term

I am looking for long-term partnerships, rather than one-off transactions. Most good working relationships start with a single project. What I am looking for are partners who are open to building on that, because the real value of a trusted build partner grows over time.

The shorthand you develop, the understanding of each other’s processes and standards, the ease of communication: that is what makes outsourcing genuinely worthwhile and enjoyable for both sides.

My direct client web design work is project-based but this side of my business is where I see continuity and depth. When I worked as a freelance marketing associate, I rarely needed to find new clients because the right ones stayed. That is the kind of relationship I am invested in here too.

Other things you should know

Communication is something I pride myself in, having worked in corporate communications for many years. You will always know the project status. I flag issues early, ask questions early and will never go quiet mid-project. In addition, having worked as a subcontractor myself, I know how much the quality of communication matters when you have put your own reputation on the line.

I work entirely behind the scenes and I am discreet and dependable. Your studio is the sole point of contact for your client. Your relationship is yours.

I hold formal design training with a BA (Hons) degree in illustration from the University West of England, Bristol, UK, before retraining in web design. Throughout my career, in both employed and self-employed roles I have worked alongside designers and creative teams.

The work I do best

I am particularly well suited to working with agencies and studios whose clients include purpose-led organisations, charities and cultural institutions, design conscious creative and lifestyle brands, and businesses in wellness and nature. These are sectors I know well and where I do my best work. I especially enjoy multi-page brand and portfolio sites built from detailed design files, as well as large-scale builds.

This is a newer strand of my work and I am selective about the partnerships I take on. My broader portfolio reflects the standard and range of Squarespace builds I deliver and I am happy to share relevant examples once I understand your project.

Frequently asked questions

Got a question that’s not answered here? Contact me

  • I specialise in Squarespace across a range of sectors including wellness, nature, creative industries and purpose-led organisations. If your client falls outside these areas, get in touch and I will let you know if it is a good fit.

  • My focus is on building websites. The agencies I work with usually prefer to handle anything that requires direct client involvement, like setting up DNS for the site launch or integrating third-party tools like Google Analytics. I recommend keeping these tasks on your end to maintain smooth client relationships. That said, I’m always happy to chat and collaborate on finding the best solutions together.

  • I provide regular updates by email so you always know the project status. If I foresee any challenges, I’ll communicate them proactively.

  • I handle basic on-page SEO and technical optimisation, but I don't offer keyword research or content strategy. However, I'm happy to implement your SEO recommendations.

  • Yes, I can assist with content updates and minor edits after launch. If your client needs training on managing their site, you may prefer to handle that as part of your own client handover. I can point you to Squarespace’s own resources if helpful.

  • No. I work entirely behind the scenes. You brief me, you review the work and you present it to your client. Your studio is the only name they see.

Let’s find out if we’re a good fit

Tell me about your studio, the kind of projects you take on and what you are looking for in a build partner. I will share my availability, my day rate and whether I think we are well matched. I take on a small number of agency partnerships at a time and it matters to me that we start the conversation properly.

The best starting point is a short conversation. Drop me an email with a few details about your studio and what you are looking for, and we can take it from there.

I work on a day rate basis, ensuring transparent pricing, efficient execution and support that adapts to your project’s size and scope.
