Limen Therapy
Therapist
Lois Dabrowski is a registered hypnotherapist with additional psychotherapeutic training, based in Camberley, Surrey. She works with clients both in person and online, supporting them through significant life changes: midlife transitions, anxiety, grief, shifts in identity and evolving relationships.
Many of the people Lois works with are not in crisis but feel stuck. Life has shifted and they are uncertain how to move forward. They may be navigating anxiety, low confidence or changes life brings while also reflecting on relationships, purpose and the next stage of life.
Services:
– Squarespace website design
– Brand identity
– Blog set up
“Working with Ali was a gift. She offers a rare combination of design skill and marketing insight, with Squarespace capability. I could talk with her not just about the mechanics of a website, but also about how best to communicate my message.
She took what I knew about my work and translated it into something that connects with the people I want to work with. She got what I wanted to do immediately.”
– Lois Dabrowski, Limen Therapy
Challenge
Lois’s website and brand identity needed to connect with clients at a sensitive transitional point in their lives. The design needed to feel premium and approachable in equal measure, so that visitors would feel both drawn in and confident enough to reach out for an initial exploratory call.
At the same time, it needed to position Lois as a thoroughly trained and credible practitioner in a space where hypnotherapy is often misunderstood.
Approach
Colour palette: Inspired by nature, the chosen colours provide warmth and a deep sense of safety.
Typography: Gotu is used for headings and body text for a clean aesthetic and calm reading experience.
Visual style: Premium yet approachable. The design conveys trust, reassurance and professional authority while remaining personable.
Website: Clear and simple navigation with spacious page sections helps visitors to understand how Lois works, what she offers and how to take the next step.
Blog: A blog was set up as an add-on to the package, with initial posts published at launch. This gives Lois a space to share her thinking, connect with potential clients and build trust over time.
“I was building a private practice, so a website was a significant investment. I knew it would be the primary way potential clients would decide whether to reach out.
The website reflects both who I am as a therapist and what I offer my clients. Space, calm and the possibility of change. When I look at it, I think ‘yes, that’s me’.”

Solution
Lois now has a website and brand identity she can confidently direct both clients and professional contacts to. It reflects the depth of her training, builds trust from the first interaction and supports her growing reputation in the therapeutic space.
