I recommend you getting a full brand identity, including logo, before we build out your website. Depending on your needs, I may be able to recommend a brand designer.

This depends on the template and pages you choose and your business. For planning purposes, you’ll need 1-2 headshots and around 10-12 additional photos.

No problemo! I’ll walk you through this stage by providing forms and resources to help you write your own copy. Alternatively, you could choose to work with a copywriter.

No, these are additional features and integrations that can be added after the site is completed.
However, you’ll get access to half day and full day rates where I can help you add more ‘bells and whistles’ to the website we create.

Hosting: You will need to pay for hosting directly with Squarespace. I can offer you a 20% discount on your first year due to being a Squarespace Circle member. View Squarespace pricing.
Domain name: You will need to have purchased the domain name (URL) for your business from a registrar like Fasthosts, 123 Reg, GoDaddy, etc.
If you’ve never before registered a domain, I can talk through this process during our strategy call.

I schedule website build projects into my calendar only after receiving the copy, branding and images. So there’s no deadline to miss as such. But you’ll probably want to work through your ‘homework’ as quickly as possible so that we can get your website launched.

I will make sure basic SEO settings are in place (site title, description, browser icons, etc).
However, SEO is a separate marketing task that you must undertake after your site is launched.

Yes. If you have an existing website with a blog I can transfer this across to your new website.

It will take around 4 weeks to build and launch your website from your start date.
Before building your website, I will have received all of your text, logo/brand information and images.

Payment 1: 20% is due to confirm your project when the contract is signed
Payment 2: The following 40% is due at the start of the project to reserve design dates in my production calendar.
Payment 3: The final 40% is due at project completion.
