Planning meeting & preparation

From there we'll schedule a call to discuss all the details. We’ll plan out the day together, making a list of tasks and organise them in order of priority and make a note of any work that needs to be prepared before our day together (e.g. copy written, images shared etc).

– Step 3 –
It’s the big day – let’s get to work

On our day together, I will jump right in at 9am and work through our task list in order of priority. I'll keep in touch via email to keep us on schedule and of course check in should I need any questions answered or design decisions made.

– Step 4 –
Handover and follow-up support

Within 24 hours, I’ll send you a training video demonstrating any new features I’ve added or anything you need to know to keep your new website or features running. After your day, you have 7 days of email support where I can help with any questions or edits related to the work we completed.
