Why I created the Flourish Together referral programme
Nurturing kindred connections
Much of my work comes through long term relationships and word of mouth, and that feels deeply right for me.
As a highly sensitive introvert, I’m not here to collect contacts; I’m here for meaningful connections where trust and friendships naturally grow over time, perhaps via quiet coffee chats, a walk and a natter, or meaningful conversations enjoyed with food*.
That’s why I created the Flourish Together referral programme. Yes, it’s a practical way to grow my business in that it’s a way to say thank you when someone makes an aligned introduction. But it’s also something deeper and a reflection of my belief that great things are rarely achieved alone. This programme exists to nurture relationships that are built on trust, and shared beliefs and values. I’m hopeful of a quiet kind of integrity, that grows over seasons.
Here’s how Flourish Together works
If you know someone who would benefit from a beautiful, strategic Squarespace website – the kind rooted in clarity and intention – I’d love to be connected.
When they book my Aligned Website Design service:
They receive a £50 discount on their design package
You receive a £50 thank you gift in return
What you choose to do with that gift is entirely up to you. A few ideas:
Reinvest in your business (if, of course, you’re a business owner!): Maybe there’s a tool, book or event that could help your business grow.
Treat yourself: When was the last time you treated yourself to a massage or splurged on a bouquet of flowers? That £50 could be a reminder to take care of yourself, too.
Donate to a cause: If you feel drawn to give back, you can choose to donate your £50 to one of the charities I support or a charity close to your heart. This is completely optional, but if you’re interested, I list some incredible causes focused on wellness, mental health and the natural world, below.
Whatever you decide, my hope is that it feels nourishing in some way. A small moment of support for you, too.
Why Flourish Together matters
I care deeply about working with people who are doing their soul work. They are building meaningful, purpose driven businesses and creating legacies that last. These are the clients who light me up and they tend to resonate most deeply with the intentional, collaborative way I approach each project.
Referrals from those who truly get what I do tend to bring not just any clients, but the right ones who are thoughtful, purpose driven people I’m genuinely excited to work with. People who are ready for a website that reflects who they really are.
And when we flourish together, we also get to give back.
At the end of this year, I’ll be donating a percentage of my profits to a charity or charities whose missions are close to my heart. These include:
Strength and Stem – Floristry training and employment support for women who’ve survived human trafficking. strengthandstem.co.uk
Lemon Tree Trust – Gardens as healing. Supporting displaced people in refugee camps through gardening. (I’ve had the privilege of supporting this brilliant charity with comms and fundraising work over the years.) lemontreetrust.org
The Orchard Project – Restoring community orchards across the UK to promote food sustainability and biodiversity. theorchardproject.org.uk
Petals – Specialist counselling for parents affected by baby loss. petalscharity.org
Secret World Wildlife Rescue – Rehabilitating and releasing injured UK wildlife. (They once helped me care for an injured fox in my garden.) secretworld.org
Your referral doesn’t just support my business. It will help create a ripple, even if a small ripple, of meaningful impact beyond it.
So if someone comes to mind – a thoughtful, values led business owner who could use a grounded, strategic website – I’d be honoured if you sent them my way.
Let’s build something beautiful together.
Let’s flourish, together.
